Ms. Beck has a wonderful way of communicating, which helped my daughter overcome her shyness and fears very quickly. She told me afterward that she found the treatment "really, really good." Ms. Beck is also very competent professionally (we have several references for comparison), and we had a very helpful follow-up discussion.
