NARM
NARM stands for Neuroaffective Relational Model and is a resource-oriented approach to the treatment of attachment and developmental trauma.
The focus is not on processing the past, but on connecting it with one's own experience in the here and now.
Through mindful, body-oriented self-awareness, unconscious survival strategies become visible that were once helpful, but today restrict vitality, contact and self-worth.
The goal of NARM work is to experience more inner connection, self-regulation, and emotional freedom.
NARM can be helpful for many different issues. You can find more information about the specific applications and topics we address in practice here .
